Sydonie Clementson, RN, is the Assistant Director of Nursing, Nurse Educator at Gouverneur Skilled Nursing Facility, a division of New York City Health and Hospitals. She received her nursing degree from Helene Fuld College of Nursing in 2005, and was certified in Bioethics and Medical Humanities from Yeshiva University in 2017. Ms. Clementson has 12 years of experience in long term care, and was the team leader for the care of the actively dying project.
