Rebecca Boxer, MD

Rebecca Boxer, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Divisions of Geriatric Medicine and Cardiology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She is presently the principal investigator of a randomized controlled trial of heart failure disease management in skilled nursing facility (SNF). Dr. Boxer has developed curriculum for SNF staff for the NICHE program, delivered webinars regarding heart failure care in SNF and assisted SNF in developing and implementing their own heart failure programs.
