Manisha Parulekar, MD, CMD, is the Interim Chief of Geriatrics and the Program Director of the Geriatrics Fellowship Program at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Parulekar is board-certified in geriatrics, internal medicine, and palliative and hospice medicine. She completed her geriatrics fellowship training at Hackensack University Medical Center and the UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School (Now Rutgers). Dr. Parulekar is on several administrative committees including the Geriatric Service Line, Trauma Service Line, Ortho Service Line, ER Service Line, falls prevention committee, and the Catheter associated Urinary Tract Infections Service Line, and serves as a vice chair for the AMDA – The Society Care Transitions Subcommittee.
