Luz Ramos-Bonner, MD, MBA, CMD, is the Network Medical Director for NewCourtland Senior Services overseeing the Primary Care Practice that provides medical directorship and primary care to all NewCourtland’s LIFE programs, nursing homes and other initiatives such as transitions of care and integrated behavioral health. Dr. Ramos is board certified by the ABIM in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine and finished her Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare at the George Washington University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and American Geriatrics Society and a Certified Medical Director of the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM).
