Laurie Archbald-Pannone, MD, MPH

Laurie Archbald-Pannone, MD, MPH, is currently on faculty as an Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia. Dr. Archbald-Pannone has a primary appointment in the Division of General Medicine, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care and a secondary appointment in Division of Infectious Diseases and International Health. She currently researches diarrheal infections in the elderly, specifically C. difficile. She also has a clinical Geriatrics practice and teaches medical students. She is currently a member of the Infection Advisory Committee of AMDA-The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine.
