Jocelyn Montgomery, RN, is the Director of Clinical Affairs at the California Association of Health Facilities and was the Project Lead for this project. She has extensive experience in quality of care in nursing home as a nurse surveyor and in leading the efforts to improve quality in California through CAHF activities. Ms. Montgomery led the efforts to recruit the nursing homes, develop and manage the advisory board, and coordinate with the research team for this project.
