Jennifer Pruskowski, PharmD, CGP

Jennifer Pruskowski, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP, CPE, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, within the Department of Pharmacy and Therapeutics, and the palliative care clinical pharmacy specialist within the UPMC Palliative and Supportive Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She runs the DE-PHARM project, a clinical pharmacist driven deprescribing initiative, in the PA/LTC setting. Ms. Pruskowski is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist, board certified geriatric pharmacist, and a certified pain educator.
