Jennifer Plant, MSc, is the ‎Director of Clinical Practice at the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre. As a leader in the implementation of best practices, project coordination and quality improvement, Ms. Plant supports the Perley Rideau team in professional growth as well as quality resident care. With a Master of Science (Quality Improvement and Patient Safety) from the Institute for Health Policy and Evaluation at the University of Toronto, her career focus over the last eight years has been on improving quality with a particular interest in the unique challenges of caring for the older adult.
