Fatima Naqvi, MD, CMD, is a Geriatrician and Certified Medical Director with a passion for Palliative Care and quality improvement projects. Dr. Naqvi is a Maryland MOLST (Life Sustaining Treatment Form) Master Trainer, teaches GW CRNP students, and works in CCRC, LTC, ALF, Independent Living and Skilled units as Physician and CMD. Her mission is to improve Quality of Life especially at Transitions of Life.
