Deborah Way, MD, FAAHPM, CMD, serves as the Medical Director of Palliative Care Services at Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.  She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Her passions are providing excellent end-of-life care to veterans and teaching others to do the same.  Dr. Way works closely with colleagues, fellows-in-training and house staff to enhance their skill sets in communication and providing symptom management. She continues to work within the VA health system to create the optimal structure for the care of veterans.Dr. Way has extensive experience in providing primary Geriatric Care and Hospice and Palliative Care across the care continuum.
